    Post Nokia sec code generator

    I've just download a Nokia security code generator. You have to give your mobile Imei numer and it gives the Seurity ID. But what is it good for? What can i do with this Sec ID?

    Are you sure it don't work with DCT-3's?

    In Norway 3310's were usually sold with security code, instead of SP lock...

    that program is old, and meant for eg. 2110's.
    those old phones had security code depending on imei code.
    just test it with 3310 that has original security code.
    as far i know, on 3210 and newer security code is 12345.

    i guess in norway service provider changes security codes?
