3330 VERY unusual setup

I recently developed a very unusual problem on my 3330. If someone tries to ring me my phone gives no response until the caller hangs up and then the display reads 1 missed call. From the callers side they can hear the usual ringing. All the components (Ringer, Vibrator) are working fine as I can test them in the menu. Any ideas
PS the phone was working fine and then this problem suddenly appeared ...

disable netmonitor . or flash with latest software .

I have a 3410v306 which experienced the same problems from time to time all i did was disconnect the battery and put it back on and that seemed to cure it.
