MS-6979 help needed!

to all MS-6979 users, advise needed...

i juz bought it & installed on my win98se desktop.

i couldnt manage to make it work with pc suite nor send/receive anything (notes/image) as well.

could anyone help me on the configuration:

i) step by step configuration guide

ii) DOs & DONTs

iii) which COM port do i connect to

iv) tips or etc.

its a Micro Star International (MSI) Bluetooth Tranceiving Key (dongle).

could anyone help me on this, plz...
