3310 Flashing problems

I've got a 3310 which would not turn on, i opened it up and it didn't appear to be water damaged so i flashed it with s/w4.45 and after flashing it still would not turn on. I read the flash back and it said that if i flashed the phone i would get C/S so i set the delay index in rolis4.78 to 5 and flashed the phone again and read it staight back and got the same message so i checked the read flash with ckfixer and it said mcu cheksums are bad but the original flash is ok. Has anybody come across this problem before.

I backed up my modified flash and it sayed all thoughs thigs I correceted the checksums with g3g0lite 1.7 and saved it and all worked fine.
