What could be the problem? (3310)

I upgraded many 3310 to 3315 but some of them when i tying to send an sms it send 2 parts (sms is smaller than 160chr). What could be the problem?
Could it be the reason that some "spec" chars like: é,á,ő,ű need more space and if yes why there wasn't problem on the 3310.

How can i fix it? Reflash the phone twice? (it somethimes help)

(another q.---> 7110 v5.01 Pure flash, somethimes (1-2 per day) during sms writing the device restart. In the netmonitor, menu 35 resart reason--> Sw DSP Local.)

    Can anyone help? THX

    This is important:
There is a bug in the v5.79 (maybe in the other versions, too). This version cannot select the right format between GSM Alphabet and Unicode. For example, when you type in the message "Ş", "Ç" or "İ" (These are Turkish characters, your browser cannot show them, maybe), it thinks that we write Unicode message and it limites the message characters up to 70 characters. When you filled all of 160 characters, it sends 3 SMS' (160/70 ~= 3). This version hasn't got a manual selection such as in the v5.57. Because of that, I recommend you to use v5.57.
