3310 problem with charging and uptime

I have 3310, on one day it just started to make noise (zzzrzzz) when i´m charging it. It charges ok, but then it´s uptime is about 20 hour and battery is empty. I have tried another battery, but still same problem. It sometimes look also that it charging, even it´s not connected to recharger, and sometimes it says that reconnect the charger.

What could be wrong, and can i fix it myself maybe w/ soldering something?

Whooh.... Looks like piece of cake =) Maybe my friends gonna do it, i don´t trust that i can do it. Let´s see if it help. Thank you.
