Barred/blocked/black listed 8310

To make a Barred/blocked/black listed phone usable again you need to change the imei number (am i right??) and then it becomes usable again. what software/hardware is needed.

you need to change the otp(one time programmable) chip,be unsoldering it from the main board, then replace it with new otp, with different imei, im not too sure wot software you need tho,
i'm sure sum1 will have it on here,not that anyway condones nicked fones,even tho i just swapped mine with sum1 abroad!! so it worked then!

either do i bought a few from someone he said they where all good box etc but 3 weeks later all are barred so want to sort it out. is there not an easier option?
