Strange Vibrating 3410

A question for you all nokia experts!!!!

i have a 3410 that is acting strange when i take out battery.
When i select the option First vibrate then callsound,and i turn off the phone,and take out battery,put battery back and start again,then phone refuses to vibrate before callsound.
I disable the vibrate function,shut down phone again,startup again and select vibrate before callsound,everything is ok again!!!
Is it hardware trouble or software?
Version is 4.26

Could somebody help me out this strange phone behavior!!!!

I think it's software problem maybe some bugs(this phone don't have backup battery and maybe information about selections is taken to ram?), but i can also be wrong , maybe U should reflash it to another soft? Regards Dydol

I had the same problem with a 3410 and the only way to solve it was to flash the memory. I brought it to a Nokia Service Centre as the phone was only a few weeks old and he upgraded the software for me and it has work correctly since. Probably is you best bet, flash the software.
