8850 v5.31 help backup

i have got a 8850 with the softare version 5.31
i cannot find a program that will backup my phone! can someone help??

you have to have nokia rolis ........ if you don't have, download nokia rolis version 4.79........ you must have also cables dct3 ......
if you have all those things....... choose "READ" and after complete reading it ......you must "SAVE IT" .....now you have your backup file.....
