which memory is better to install apps on, phone memory or memory, or doesnt it matter??

Install only, what be must installed at drive c:

Cause the mem is very small (look to 7650) and some software, e. g. Camera Software, Doom must be installed at c:

Try to install all to the MMC (max. 128 MB yet)

actually, installing on the MMC is better. but again, not all apps are compatible with it.
