T191 can not power on

I tried to follow these steps but I can not rech the step 2

1. Use DMTool 3.10 or Dmtool 3.15 to download this Fix file to your fone.

Set Boot File = r_flash_007.mot or r_flash_006.mot

Set Flash File = New patch file.mot ( this is the fix file).

Your fone will beep beep and stop. Dmtool say download 100%. AT now your fone will total die ( can not power on).

2. Set flash file = flash that you want to write to your fone.

Set databin file too.

At now you can download normal.

May be you fone will lock when it is finish.

Remember Set E2P because if not some time your fone will hang
