    message "Not charging on Nokia 3210"

    Hello!i have a nokia 3210 and when i plug the charger in the phone (the phone is open) say not charging!and when the phone is off the batery meter and the display blinks!i check the batery contact and R127.what should i do?please give sime solution

    can you tell me if when you put the battery in the phone it is like if it is charging but without charger?
