BE3 has very loud noise during the call

Hello all members.

I have Alcatel One Touch View (be-3).

Phone is works.But I have hardware problem outside.
During the call phone has very loud noise.I think I should to
change master clock generator,but I do not know where is
THE location on the PCB (I do not have Service Manual for this phone).
Am I right?

Could anyone explain the fault reason and ask my question.
