Problems with 2 phones 1 imei?

Hi,

I have a 3310 that one friend found on the street, I heard about if you have a phone who someone has lost you can make delict.

Can I put the same imei of other phone and use it at the same time?

and both fones with the same imei will work at the same time but will increase the risk of getting busted and 1 will eventuall end up shut off again as no 2 fones can be the same when it goes to network so both register the same then alarm bells sent

yes its a crime and illegal to change the imei number atleast in the uk

Doesn't mean it can't be done!

Just use the phone until it get's barred... maybe never!
If it does you can change the IMEI with many programs available at the moment! To get an IMEI that wont get you caught, use one from a phone that is now not functioning/broke, use it's number and discard the original!

That's just a suggestion and it's highly illegal!
