and he wants to format the phone memmory and the memmory card
how could i do it ?

well, if you make a search on the forum for "Format" you will get allot of things, and allot of them explain how to, just usr this *#7370# to format the phone, and to clear the memory card go to the extras/memory and select format memory card.
