proper way of 3210 flashing

hi, what is the proper way of flashing a 3210? coz i have 2 flash adapters for it. 4pins and 6pins. when i use the 6pins it automatically switches on. pls help me... it is givin me a headache... thx

1 - Vpp
2 - Rx (FBUS)
3 - MBUS
4 - GND
5 - Tx (FBUS)
6 - BTemp

You need 5 connections to programe the 3210 but if you have 6th then it saves you having to switch on the phone as it is done for you by the software.(connectiona 1 to 5 )
