    Lightbulb 7210 imei

    is it possible to change the imei on a 7210 and if so can anybody point me in the right direction also same question for the 8310's aswell thanks

    no need to be nasty now

    you CAN do it, but it would involve re-solderin a new chip onto the board, cos the chip wiv IMEI written on it, is otp, one time programmable, so u can write over it, once new chip fitted,u then assign imei,

    cud just swap any insurance job fones, abroad, they work in other countries,n ones banned in other countries will work here,

    It's possible without removing the chip. Just play 12V+ trough the chip (that way you erase it) and just program it with other IMEI.
    WARNING - You may f**k up the chip!!!!

    from what i know UEM in nokia DCT 4 is one time programable...
    so u need to change it before changing imei....


    @mexusbg.....how many imei's have u changed using this sollution?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!?!!??!?!?!
