broken 8310

I recently dropped my 8310 and now the ring tones do not work,any help with what to do concerning easy repair.thanks all.mike

TRY TO SET FACTORY SETTINGS IF NOT , FLASH THE PHONE (MCU-PPM).

thanks but i tried both and still no ringtones i get startup tone keypad tones but no ring tones.thanks any further help please.

arnt the startup tones and keypad tones through the
main speaker.

the ringtones are through a diff speaker.

so u probly damaged the tone speaker
