Pls need Service manual Philips Fizz

Hi all guys,
I am trying to unlock a Philips Fizz. It seems to be by reading/writting its built-in eeprom... I could not find that much info over the net... I have already opened the mobile but cannot identify this component, I am not quite sure...
I know this is an old mobile, big as a brick but I'd be happy if I get it unlocked.

Could you please tell me where can I find a service manual, user manual or simply more info about this mobile?
It would be great also getting some more info on method/software to unlock it as the info I got seems to be very very poor and I can kill it easily.

Hey, no offence, but can you go out to the main page and read the name of this post? This is a "Nokia" general discussion! On last check a Phillips Fizz wasn't manufactured by Nokia!
