Nokia 8310 flash IMEI

I need to flash my nokia 8310. I bought it on ebay and he was locked on the orange network. Now, he unlocked but I just learn that he was reported as stolen or lost.
I can't have any news from the seller... and to use the phone a need to change the IMEI number.
Does someone know a person who can halp me near Southport (liverpool or manchester). thanks.

you can get a new uem chip fitted and reprogram a new imei in to that if you mail me i can give you details of a person to help you in the uk

I bought it with a cracked screen, only to find that once i replaced the screen i found out it was blocked (to the UK).

Therefore I would be interested in someone who wants to swap from another country....
