Could someone please advise me on the unlock code for a Nokia 3650.

The IMEI no. is 351467102760622

Network is T-Mobile (23430).

How is the unlock code entered? Do I just type the sequence of numbers given as is or do I need any special software and cables? Sorry to sound naive but am a newbie.
