hi, i have two phones with problems

sgh 2100: after unlock the batery is always with one bar, i put to charge and after 2 minutes finish, apears only wit one bar and when i want to ring, batery low

sgh 2200: no works micro, i have change but nothing

any idea to helps me?, thanks
