6210 has faint lines on screen

Hi all, I have a 6210 which has black lines going down the screen, they are faint.

The lines change position when the icons on the screen move or change.

I replaced the lcd with a brand new one and the lines are still there.

Anyone have an idea what it is doing this? Any way to fix it?

Clean the contacts on the PCB with a pencil eraser! Probably just a build up problem!
A friend will bail you out of jail! A true friend will be in the cell with you saying " Shit, we really fucked up this time!!!"

    Lightbulb contrast settings.....

    Hi
If hardware changes don't get it away, try to set the display contrast. If the phone doesn't have the contrast settings in the menu, you can do it by software... cnnect it to the PC (a datacable is enough, no need flasher) and try some of the applications out there, like MyGnokii or Rolis. I have so many such programs, i can't remember which one can also set the display. But it is under "options" somewhere. Set the contrast to a bit brighter, 2 steps. Then restart the phone (it works only after a restart, power off and on again). The lines should disappear. This sort of problem is mostly caused by a too dark contrast.
    Hope this was of help....
    regards
    Thanh
