7210 Flashing

i have a DCT3 Flasher cable that supports phone connectors with a PS/2 interface.

i was wondering if i would be able to flash my phone by simply purchasing a 7210 phone connector for use with my flasher cable.

i am new to DCT4 flashing, so guidance would be appreciated.

i appreciate the short answer, unfortunately there was no guidance.

i understand that you would need a griffin or flasher box to flash a DCT4 handset. however, i was hoping for a method of modifying my current flasher cable into a "cheap" DCT4 flasher, perhaps by simply using a dongle?

searching is easy.......finding is hard.
any guidance would be appreciated.

no u cannot modify your dct3 flasher to work with dct 4 phones
