when i try to flash my 8890, it says phone RAM is bad. Does this mean i need to replace the ram on the phone? if so, which one is the ram? Is ther n e thing else i can try b4 i try to replace it?

Normaly means one of the chips is not on right or you have a bit of water damage on the phone, try to rework/reheat the flash IC and the other chips and check if you have any water damage.
