Hi guys, I have a great trouble with some clients, here I explain u the problem:
I have a 6310 and the number in contact stored with this format 3281234567 where 328 is the prefix and 1234567 the number. This number is a part of a private network, so when a call of the private network too is incoming, the number displays with a prefix of one or more digits to identify the private network (ex 883281234567)
With vodafone sim (only one digit prefix for private networks with this operator) when a sms incoming caused by a missing call (the operator advertise when u turn-on the cell that someone try to contact u) the phone automatically convert the number in sms with the person in contacts, althroug the number incoming has added with a "9"(prefix private) (ex.93281234567).
Ok, all right since here.
But when I use another sim from another provider (Wind) with 2 digits for private network the phone doesn't associate the number (added with a "88" ex. 883281234567" with the contact stored in sim.
Why?
May be the vodafone sim that elaborate the text in message?
or
Could be the only one digit the cause (with two digit prefix the phone couldn't elaborate)
or
May be the contact stored in sim or phone?
or
please help me!
tnx a l0t![]()
