3210 shutdown after fully charged

my 3210 flashed with a 3210 ProjectZ with added russian LangPack shuts down after fully charging.

Config:

HW: Nokia 3210
+ changed LEDs
SW: 3210 ProjectZ
+ Russian Langpack
+ Fading Lights (NFaderby Al)
+ custom menu
+ Messages protected by PW

Symptoms:
1. I leave the phone charging when going to sleep (The phone is on)
2. When i awake the morning (~7 hours l8r) it is off, the battery is warm
3. When i turn it on it asks to set up the hour (before the hour was set.

Is it a problem of sw, charging controller or of the charger?
Or something else?

Have you tried just a standard, non-modified flash to see what happens? Have you tried a new battery\charger\charging block? Maybe some components were damaged\removed whilst changing LED's? They are very easy to take off!? Just a few suggestions?
