accompli 008 hangs!

Hello people,
i just got a motorola accompli 008 today that hangs at startup it displays the welcome startup logo and the '@' sign then hangs and stops at that.Anyone ever had the same problem?Need help urgently!

u can flash the phone part using motofix, motokey...or other thing.

and pda part...with db tool if i remember well.

please i don't recognise any of the softs you've recommended nor do i have any of em ,could you please tell me where to get softs from? And is using the original data cable that came with the phone the right thing to do?

are hardware boxes for motorola
