COM port setting for 8210

Hi,

Does somebody know the COM port setting to connect to a 8210 ? I want to test an SMS application but cannot access the 8210 device.
I've tested
9600,8,1,none
9600,8,1,hardware
9600,8,1,xon/off
19200 the same
but without results.

??? Just plug the cable into either of the connections on your PC then select Com 1 or 2, depending on which one you plugged it into!

I'm sorry but this just not an answer about port settings !

I was also now trying some port analyser software like comlite32, and I can see the data exchange between 8210 and PC but it doesn't show the speed and data structure (8,1 or 7,2 etc.) of the line.

So if somebody has an experience or specification of the connection for the 8210, he's welcome.
