I managed to create lots of nice 40-channel poly ringtones and upload them using GPRSManager software - however there appears to be no delete option for when you are fed up with them!
How/what would I need to remove/rename ringtones?
Ta!

The name of the right SAMSUNG software to manage your ringtones is suppose to be PCLINK. In that software you can listen your ringtones before upload it to your mobile, and also you can replace an old ringtone with another or delete it.
Tried PCLink 1.2 - won't even see my V200. Do I need a different cable (the one supplied has a switch to alter between "Data" and "D/L" - do I need to set it to D/L?)
TIA..

EDIT: I have tried in vain to find a later copy of PC Link - the ones I have found are all in Korean. Anyone know where I can get an english version? Tx.

Dr.Phlox,
Hope this helps. I had similar problem with my V205. Diferent platform than yours but GPRSMgr is same.
GPSRM doesn't have the feature to remove the tones.
The Phone has the feature itself. Go to FUNBOX menu, then DOWNLOADS, Then DELETE.

Discovered that myself yesterday! But thanks anyway.
What I would really like to do is back up my Phone Book to the PC from the SIM, and if possible, rename the ringtones and pictures so they don't show up in the menus as ".mmf" or ".icn" like the default ones do.
DP.
