If you have a T-Mobile phone in the Washington DC Metro area. This information has been confirmed. Some through trial, other through skilled professionals through a conversation with the T-Mobile store manager .

- If you bought a 1 year subscription, you can get it unlocked for free. No questions. (by T-Mobile store)
- If you bought prepaid, no unlock, whatsoever.
- The Provider Code appears to be 31020 (but seen it posted online as 31026).
- The lock level is 1. So Always try the first code. Or at least, thats what the manager told me .
