8210 nothing on the screen?

When i switch on, the green lights underneath illuminate and the keys work as the tone is heard each time you press a button but there is nothing on the screen, am i right in thinking i need a new lcd screen or could it be something else, also how easy is it to fit a screen?

You need a new LCD screen m8! Better to get one that is fully boarded so it's easy to fit!

yeah try an elastomer 1st this is the conductive rubber which makes the connection between the board and the LCD get a new one of these if you can push the nokia logo on your case and get the phone to work perfectly,

if after pushing the nokia logo on the front facia and pressing the buttons the LCD doesnt start working again then you need a brand new LCD get one off ebay for cheap DCT-3 LCDs are always going so there easy to pick up get one with the metal key pad bit on the bottom too ... save you messing around then there only about £5
