Flashing software for 6610

Hello friends from all around! ~

Just wondering if someone could tell me if their are any programs that can flash the firmware of my nokia 6610 up to a new version, via datacable. I currently have:

"V 4.28
11-02-03
NHL-4U
(c) NMP"

Is this the latest version? It seems old, being from the 11 of Febuary this year, but hey. If anyone knows/has any ideas on it, please feel free to message back

You must have cheap flasher for dct-4 and difrent loader (FIA files) to flashing this phone, try to fia by 8310 pack
