unlock COde #7 error on 7650

i requested for the unlock codes for my 7650 and it went just fine except for code #7. a "code error" is being displayed on my phone. these are the deatils:

if you got "code error" you either typed gave the wrong details or entered the wrong code. if you get "code error" only with code 7, use code 5 instead.
