Nokia 7650 do not startup

My n7650 does not startup because memory is full.
what can I do ?

My adivse:

If you have firmware 3.12 or deeper, go to the NSC. No chance.

But in the other case:

Turn the phone off, bring out SIM card and battery for some hours, assambly all than and boot again. Hold the "ABC"-button while boot action. If you cannot see the insert field for PIN code, type "blind" the code in and choose ok.
