How about getting ´em both?
This conversation has been around here just as long as I have been...
Well, this is my opinion. Both phones have their advantages and disadvantages. 7650 has way lot more style in desingn and functionality. The only big problem is the lack of memory. (only if you make it a problem,though).
The 3650 looks more as a toy, but really it´s the same phone with extendable memory through the MMC, It´s not so easy to use in the beginning, but soon the user gets the hang of it.
Simply, if you use the phone for just making calls and sending MMS, you might want to get the 7650, If you want to use it also for something else, playing, using applications etc. get the 3650.
The choise is yours mate!

3650. It has mmc=more memory(expandable)=more app's...da rest is almost same...more or less.

u know wat i mean? of couse 3650 la.... or u can wait then 6600 lor
