Re Unlock Code 7 for 3510i

Hi All,

I bought a Nokia 3510i from Ebay, locked to Orange Network in the UK.
I wanted it unlocked to any network, so:
I then purchased the following code for it as follows:
IMEI:351462800288752
Network: Orange UK
Unlock Code: #pw+228205741644300+1#

When I turned it off and put the T-Mobile sim in, it said "Phone Restricted" with a small "undo" option, bottom right.

I then decided to buy a Cable to try and unlock the phone, so:
I bought a Serial Nokia data cable and obtained the following software: Nokia DCT4 Unlocker [craked by Cyber]

I ran the software and it said that the SP Lock Resitriction has been successfully removed.

I then put my T-Mobile sim back in and still it says that the Phone is "Restricted"

Can anyone help me, I am pulling my hair out, my friends have disowned me and my girlfriend has now dumped me......Where will it end????

I got the following reply:

The free DCT-4 unlock software DOES NOT work with the 3510i so you can't use the cable to unlock.

did you type the code in properly.

here what I do
gen/get code.

put restricted sim in phone

power on phone.

wait until it says sim restricted.

press undo

type in the code (*pw+123456789012345+7)

and its done.

you see the change?

I use code 7 its the multi unlock one. you may of removed the restriction from lock 1 but other locks my be active.

if you don't have the other codes well post your IMEI and SP code in the unlock forum and somebody should gen you your codes.

Try Line 5, if you have tried more than 5 times then you need cable and box (griffin neelix2 or AFD to unlock), I have griffin so can sort this for you.

Thanks for the codes, but I think they have been entered too many times as all of them just say phone restricted.

I have a FBus cable and wonder if anyone has any software that will enable me to unlock my 3510i.

Any help appreciated.
