I Have A 3350 can I firstly increase volume of ringing incoming calls other than normal settings, and can I modify to accept Poly type ring tones

There may be a hardware trick to increase sound output, in which case the Hardware section may better serve your needs.

You cannot use poly tones as the phone and speaker are completely different to that of poly compatibile phones.
