2 tries at unlocking 3650 on AT&T (310-38) failed

I just tried entering codes 1 and 7 for my 3650 on AT&T, but they both didn't work. I entered them exactly like seen here:

#PW+976272703444571+7#

Which of the last 5 should I try next?

standard DCT-4 codes will NOT work with the AT&T phones. You need to get codes SPECIFIC for the AT&T network, as they use a different method.

Thank you again for your help. I wish I had done a little more research before I tried these codes. I thought I had done enough, but obviously not. I'm in the process of getting a specific unlock code for my Nokia 3650 on the AT&T (USA) network. Hopefully all will go well. Thanks again.
