Help! - I found 3310 and i can't call from him!

I found a 3310 phone near my home,
I put my simcard in him and i can't call or get any calls...
what should I do?

Hand it in to your local police station as it could have been reported lost or stolen, in which case it would be returned to its rightful owner and you will gain the satisfaction in doing so.

If it has not been reported then the police will hold it for a set amount of time and if nobody claims it then it will be legitamately yours, then you should post questions about getting it up and running.
