Can someone help me. I need the unlock code for my Nokia
3650 IMEI# 351102502004673. I am in the U.S. using T-Mobile's network (31031 T-Mobile Florida U.S.A.). T-Mobile
has sent me three (3) unlock codes that have all failed with the "Not Allowed" error. Can someone please help. Art

I am still getting the "Not Allowed" error. How can I verify my network i.d. I am running a product call miniPGS that states that my Area Id. is 29301 (is that my network id?).

GSM World says that my network id for T-Mobile in Florida (U.S.A.) should be 31031.
