    What network is the phone locked to?!

    If I have a DCT4 phone that won't accept any sim and is locked to a certain network, can I insert some code and see what network it's locked to? (MCC+MNC)...

    what sim cards have u tried are you sure it not blocked?

    tried all the local networks' sim cards, the phone is locked to a network that isn't Israeli, could be anywhere in the world...
