6210 flashing problems

Hello I'm trying to partial flash my old 6210 w/ sw 3.04. i have build up dejan cable and it seems to work but rolis tells me 'unknown flash type 00000000' and dejan's gives me problems (says phone ram is bad or boot tx error..)
Ideas?
Do you know where I could look for my eeprom type?
