System tools and 3650

i had system tools installed a while back, but now the flight mode isn't working..it just asks me for the sim card..any idea what's wrong?

Have you installed Extended Profiles or PhoneSecure?
I couldn't start in flight mode after one of these two programs were installed on my 3650. Remove them and flight mode will work again.
I posted a question about this earlier but nobody replied. If anyone knows how to get around this problem please post it.

no i don't have any of those progs..it keeps asking to insert the sim card after i activated the flight mode..
