    This is not a DCT4 mobile phone. You need to use a data cable to unlock it via EEPROM Tools.

    i have cable and some software but software doesnt see phone, however cable and phone work in logomanager

    Is this an original Nokia data cable?

    You need a MBUS capable datacable to unlock your phone.
    You can use the old "NOKALL" software to unlock it.
