6210 Phone Ram Is Bad

i've got a 6210 that everytime I try and flash it, it says phone ram is bad, I wrote MCU to it, it was fine, then i wanted to write PPM&virgin eeprom and it says phone ram is bad, I thought it was the battery but i used a fully charged battery and it still gives the same problem, what could be the problem. Someone please help

i have same problem with 3310, i think it`s problem with sram

I get this if it isnt making proper contact.

Make sure all the connections are there and proper.

Are you using Rolis Flasher? Try chaging the delay settings too see if that helps, you may have a faster or slower LPT port.

If still no luck, I could probably flash it for you, if you live in the UK, all you have to pay is the return postage, which is £5 and I will flash it back for you.

same problem with a certain 8250. used xpmobile instead, it's ok now.
