A300 datcable question

I know i keep asking but i never seem to get an answer.....


what do the crocodile clips connect to on this datacable. here is a picture of the datacable i have so you know what i am talking about

may be that you can flash your fone with an external power supply?

but there is no crocodile clips in my cable . and its flashing 100 %.

and this cable u showing its realy requerd some extrnal power supply.
