New Speaker for phone?

has any one thought about changing the speaker in the phone to a better sounding one? is it possible?

has anyone done it?

I want to watch movies with a great sound system in my phone! hahaha... or listen to mp3s!

Yeah, the sound quality for MP3's or videos is very, very bad.

I know, that the "Vertu" - phone (build by Nokia) has a top quality speaker from "Yamaha". And I post this to this an german forums. But nobody knows, if this speaker fits at the 3650 and how can we get it as spare part.
