If you need something from spain let me know.
The question is about the 7650 software v 3.16.
In a phone that i have buy this week july 2003, this sofware is correct or it should have another version of software more updated.

i believe that you have the latest version, but there are no many differences between the versions, only bug fixes or minor modifications, so if your phone is working with no bugs you don't have to worry about the version.

if you want to be sure you can ask your service provider if there are newer firmware versions, maybe they will even upgrade your phone for free.
