lock 1 and 2 both locked

i was looking at which one of the 4 was locked and it was only the first lock, now lock 1 and 2 are both locked it wont take any sim cards, and i do not have a flasher cable plus i have tried nearly all the software there is, i have a 3310 version 04.45
please help me

if u have an mbus cable, try downloading nokia tool by rolis or knok by lead... reset the splock and voila your phone is unlocked!
